Our magazine tells stories. In-depth stories. Remember opening the Sunday newspaper and sinking into a meaty, in-depth piece of journalism? This is what The Magazine is about. Our staff and freelancers are award-winning writers and designers who are dedicated to telling the stories of the people and places of Salina and Central Kansas.
The Magazine is a quarterly publication, and is published in February, May, August and November. It is delivered inside the Ellsworth County Independent-Reporter, as well as via mail subscriptions. It is also available throughout Salina at our loyal advertisers.
Linda Mowery-Denning, with more than 50 years of experience, founded The Magazine .
